Multiskilled Operative - Loading Shovel Operator
Shift Pattern: Days Regular, 4 on/4 off, 6 AM - 6 PM (40 hours a week)
Location: Rotherham
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £12.41 per hour (approx. £29k annually)
Holidays: 25 DAYS plus bank holidays!

Key Responsibilities:
" Working in a team of two to pick excess plastic from plasterboards (full PPE provided).
" Operating a loading shovel, forklift, bobcat, telehandler, and scissor lift.
" Emptying skips and engaging in picking and sorting tasks.
" Learning new skills and taking on varied responsibilities as part of the role.
About You:
" Experience operating loading shovels or heavy plant equipment is preferred.
" Mechanical knowledge is a bonus but not essential-full training will be provided.
" Reliable, team-oriented, and open to learning new skills.
" Experience in bulk materials loading is advantageous.
" A hands-on attitude and willingness to "muck in" are key traits for this role.
